I hear a lot of people are saying they are vacating San Francisco because of the violence. All that will be left is shit on the streets and homeless. How can you tax the homeless ? Tax revenue is shit. All you have to do is pick up more off the streets. I wonder what it smells like when it rains, and it all ferments ?
