That's Ascii guy. With one eye you could probably make a fish!

Most of the ones in the first link site were messed up from start but a few not messed look pretty good like above.

I had to clipboard to my text editor and then to this forum editor, straight to this forum editor gets the tiny micro print junk.

2nd site link looks like they already adjusted for space problem with _ or other fixes. I like ones that attempt the shading with text.

This one could be fixed to half frowning and half smiling like the 2 masks symbol for Dramas:

And his beard is the torpedo!

A picture like that with those "domino" components assumes Unicode, which is strictly for exchanging among programs which are aware of it, and less often, for example, pasting it into the QB64 IDE. That's why I offered a few simple examples using ordinary characters from the ASCII code range 32-126 only, and also your contributions in post #13. Sometimes the other glyphs could be used like the brick blocks and the single- and double-line stuff but it would depend then on the Linux terminal or other display device going along with CP437.

I would have to check this version of "xterm" that claims to support Unicode, but I would have to limit my processing to programming in Freebasic.

On one of the Linux distros I came across this:

https://linux.die.net/man/1/urxvt

This wasn't the page I desired to display, but Github are being lame about "permissions" right now. Probably it was for the repository of somebody coming up with an emulation. (shrugs)

That terminal should be able to display all ASCII art presented in this topic and more. Less reliable are the "ordinary" terminal emulators.

Windows should be able to do it, but again, it might require working with Unicode if the user wants way more variety than ASCII code 32-126.

This might confuse another user, but these are not the numbers I use with CHR$():

Ah, didn't realize those were dominoes! Do they get to decide where to put the dots for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5?

R Frost aka ChiaPet had a great image to Domino app I lost some 2-3 hard drives ago.

Some intriguing ASCII art brought to us by the good ole trigonometric functions! Scribbles done easy, which say stuff!

The only thing is, the graphics adhere to "IBM850" code page if strange character codes are returned. Otherwise the only characters offering pixels are CHR$(219) (solid block), CHR$(220) (half block up) and CHR$(223) (half block down).

These are just for starters:

This is not the program that I used to come up with the attachment in an earlier post here. It involved two programs. Therefore I rewrote the program. This only produces symmetrical ASCII monstrosities. In addition it does some skewing of the half-images. This follows the concept of QBasic "Nibbles" program which involved the half-blocks up and down to create a 80x50 virtual screen.

The output file of this program should be loaded into the QB64 IDE only. Otherwise it requires CP437 or IBM852 codepage.
