You might want to fix the last comment line at the top... unless you expect only forum members to write to you. No I actually didn't do a search for it ROFL.

You could load a text file into OpenOffice-dot-org/Libreoffice, format it the way you like and export to PDF. But this is just one office app that could do it. I have never ventured using Calc or database program for PDF export but it shouldn't be difficult to arrange.
