I played for hours but never made it to the last level. Unfortunately, these old games no longer run on new Windows versions.

If you have a Linux distro to hand you could probably run this game in Dosbox, if the game was for MS-DOS or was created before WindowsXP became the rage. Wine instead for WindowsXP.

Could do this with a live CD/DVD but it's kind of hard to find one that carries Dosbox and few of them support persistence...
