Cleaning up the QB64 codebase

To be honest, on one of the last couple days of QB64.rip, when logging into the forum, I was in fact redirected to a page asking to give consens to the "new" Code of Conduct, with a link to that hidden page.

I saw the same thing, and frankly can't recall how I responded to it. I likely just clicked 'agree', and moved on, given my general trust in the forum at that point. That RCCola is a sneaky li'l Florida fungus.

Oh well, if he now owns my shit, he's the proud owner of a cart load of OldMoses shit. He can wallow in my "earth shattering" algorithms...
