I was going to propose "archive-dot-org" but I don't know if a given book offered there comes with a cover disc. If it does then it could be damaged. Especially something that is 40 years old like a 5-1/4-inch floppy disk. But you might know the book comes with the printed source code which should be good enough, but not as fun having to type it in.

Usually on that site only the books are offered, usually scanned into PDF format. Otherwise you might have to rent which sucks and that place isn't one of the first ones that comes to my mind to buy something. Neither does "ebay" but it could be even worse...
