It's comforting to know that there really is an issue, and not just my dumbness  .
I'll do that test and let you know the version and stuff. My choice of screen size may also be a factor, as it
seems I'm choosing some "illegal" sizes.

Screen size doesn't usually have anything to do with it, as the whole issue tends to be font & font size related.  If you've noticed our last few releases have had focus on font fixes and expansion -- that's basically from the same issue which you've noticed and reported above.  Honestly, I hope the issue you're seeing is just from testing on an older version of PE, and that it's not a case where we glitched out something old while working in something new.  If we did, then we'll just have some extra debugging to do once again -- not that we aren't used to that type of thing by now!  LOL!
