I said what I said because some people are still on Adobe software to view PDF, and using a web browser or the QB64 IDE is comparatively clunkier. They don't care the Wiki is being constantly updated if they could get at least 97% accuracy on the features of the programming system. Also the Wiki requires online access. Some people keep the highest suspicions in the world while doing anything online which could exclude programming.
Look at Freebasic. For a while they have been needing better documentation. Absolutely cannot persuade them to come up with a PDF file. The CHM file that exists is only for Windows. I couldn't figure out how to install Wine Gecko on Ubuntu to be able to view it, and now I don't remember on which Linux distribution I was on while I was able to look at it. There is a text file but it's unacceptable to people very used to point-and-click service. The alternative is the HTML lettuce which carries cryptic tags and so not ideally organized.
