That's odd that the 
./setup_lnx.sh
script is not marked executable in the 
.tar.gz
, I was pretty sure that it was. I'll try to get that addressed for the next release Smile

I'm pretty sure you can mark it executable via the GUI by simply going to 
Properties
on the file and then in the Permissions tab check "Allow executing file as program". It might be the easiest way to do it if you're not sure about using 
chmod
.
