Quotes around filename in load/save I could easily edit.

Linux is where I like it, or specify /X on command line to enable compatible mode.
(it is bypassing windows library calls if Linux declared) (forcelinux is stored in config file).

otherwise everything seems to work.

btw: crashes during program exit i have not been able to duplicate.
(concerns subs quitprogram, haltprogram, stopprogram).
