Inform for QB64pe Script fix

QB64PE_install.tar.bz2

I was able to download the above file with FireFox. This forum won't accept the .bz2 extension, so I had to enclose it in 7zip to be able to attach it below. If you can open the 7zip attachment, you can view and extract the QB64PE_install.tar.bz2 script.

Added .bz2 as an acceptable attachment type, with a limit of about 25MB in size.  You can't share all of qb64pe and all its subfolders with that size, but it should easily allow any programs written for QB64 and compressed in bz2 format.

Whenever you guys see this issue, mention it, and we can add other types as needed.  

Try to upload the bz2 now, @Pete, and let me know how it goes.
