Ok, I like those pictures of girls in the banner by bplus,  especially old guys, who started programming with BASIC, like me, could be attracted. 

But I think it doesn' t fit optimal to the header banner of a programming language.
   
A sun or something unspecific would be nice fot attraction of new users or beginners of QB64Phoenix...

PhilOfPerth show us your sun!

And I think bplus, the specialist for graphics,  can do this also better as this first draft of jumping beach people!

Sun??? What a Plasma Laser Cannon is not good enough? LOL

I did have a sun I made as mod for someone way back when... was that lost with one of the hard drives last summer? I think I animated the rays too. I will check.

My feelings exactly. The only flaw is the "people" are stretched out a bit, looks unnatural. In another day, I would have complained there was only one guy with four girls. (Oh noes she with light blue hard disk is too SCSI.) How about another man? At least a man for each volleyball team LOL. Or the "sun" should be the other man. (evil smile)

But you are right about deformed figures. It's hard to make a 800 X 307 image fit into a 1400 X 256 but this should be better:

Hello my name is Minerva. I am a city hermit. I like Linux and programming in a BASIC dialect, hate C++ and whatever could have given me a high-paying job.
