Ah beginning to feel the crushing weight of _Keywords available to us through QB64pe ;-))

But lo! we have a map:
https://qb64phoenix.com/qb64wiki/index.p...-_By_usage
(We just can't link to it from forum editor without adding some Monkey Business.)
Oh it worked, for me anyway.

Is that link a joke? (It takes me, at least, to $Let)
Update: which takes me to $IF which has VERSION option. Not a joke, not from seriously serious of course! Smile

Do you mean this:
https://qb64phoenix.com/qb64wiki/index.php/ + _V alpha > "$VERSIONINFO"

or is there one that works in Linux too?
Update: $IF does!

Why do you call me this which is not my name, and is not even the proper spelling of the mountain in Africa? Why can't it be "Minerva" like many others are calling me, I think it's simple enough.

Yes I did put down that hint for QB64 version requirement, but this is only for the "Q" and "@" commands for PLAY, which could be easily avoided. I didn't intend on getting anybody to install the latest QB64PE just for this, in fact I was being inconsiderate with other people. That's why I decided to comment my code warning about where a modification would have to be made so the code runs in QB64 earlier than v3.8.

EDIT: I actually want people to be able to run this program, and not somebody getting an error from it who refuses to upgrade. Returning an error where there is no need (because of one little feature) could be remembered for a long time. I wasn't thinking about $IF VERSION but it should have been in the source code.

Ya know, something like this would be created by someone else desperate to have music in a game LOL. The game would have to be quite good, because if it causes the user to mute the music and sound, well... it would sell a few copies, it would be downloaded few times. But I can't sell and I can't offer anything for download more complex than BASIC source code, so here is the demonstration without any resistance!

I call you that because of Manjaro and how you have mentioned it thousands of times, hence Kilo Smile
